By submitting an audition, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter this agreement.
You confirm that nothing prevents you from participating (contracts, representation, etc.).
2. No Guarantee
Submitting does not guarantee selection, a callback, or any form of employment or engagement.
All decisions are final.
3. Your Submission
You confirm that:
- your performance may include songs originally performed by Roger Waters, as requested in the audition brief
- aside from that, you have all necessary rights and permissions for anything else included in your submission (such as backing tracks, visuals, or additional content)
- your submission does not infringe any third-party rights
The Organizers may reject any submission at their discretion.
4. Rights You Grant
By submitting, you grant Roger Waters, Harry Waters, and their affiliated companies and partners a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:
- review and share your submission internally
- edit, reproduce, and use your submission (in whole or part)
- use your name, image, voice, and performance
This includes use for:
- audition review and selection
- promotion of the audition
- promotion of Legacy: A Pink Floyd Show
- marketing, press, and social media
You will not be paid for these uses unless a separate agreement is signed.
5. No Obligation
The Organizers are not required to use your submission, respond to you, or keep your materials.
6. No Relationship Created
Submitting does not create:
- employment
- representation
- partnership
- any contractual relationship
Any engagement will require a separate signed agreement.
7. Similarity Waiver
You understand that the Organizers may develop or already have projects similar to your submission.
You waive any claims based on similarity.
8. Liability Release
You release the Organizers from any claims related to:
- your submission
- participation in the audition
- use or non-use of your materials
- technical issues or delays
9. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims or damages resulting from:
- breach of these terms
- rights issues in your submission
- false information provided by you
10. Privacy
Your information may be used to:
- manage the audition
- contact you
- evaluate submissions
- consider you for future opportunities
Your data may be shared with authorized partners involved in the project.
11. Changes & Control
The Organizers may modify, suspend, or cancel the audition at any time.
They may request additional materials or verification.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York.
13. Non-Discrimination
The Organizers are committed to providing an equal opportunity audition process. Applicants will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
Information such as nationality or country of residence may be requested solely for legitimate operational purposes, including travel, work authorization, scheduling, and production logistics, and will not be used for discriminatory decision-making.
